Warehouse Associate

Delson, QC, CA**Beacon Construction Products is one of the largest distributors of residential and commercial building materials in North America and currently has 18 branches in Canada. Beacon specializes in the sale of roofing products and membranes to contractors and the public. ** **We are currently looking to fill a position for a Forklift Operator for our Delson, QC branch. ** What can I expect? - Health, dental and vision insurance - Overtime paid after 40 hours per week - RRSP with company contribution - Paid leave and public holidays - Training and certification opportunities as needed - There is no public transportation nearby, you basically need a car - Fluency in French is mandatory **What will my daily life look like?** - Prepare customer orders based on delivery notes;
- Maintain a clean warehouse;
- Provide courteous and professional customer service;
- All other related tasks **What skills are required?** - Valid forklift certification - Good physical condition;
- Know how to read, write and count;
- Reliable, autonomous, versatile, available, courteous and polite;
- Ability to work alone and in a team;
- Ability to work with short deadlines;
- Knowledge of roofing products (shingles) would be an asset. - Experience in order preparation and truck loading
