We are looking for a **_Supervisor, Investigations - Detection, Prevention & Integrity Services, Group Customer (DPIS)_**

DPIS in Group Customer Fraud Management is looking for a leader who enjoys challenges and has an enthusiasm for creative and innovative solutions to investigations of group benefits fraud and abuse schemes. Our next leader will have a passion for supporting their team of investigators while embracing a lead at all levels philosophy.

As the leader of your team, you must possess superior communication and organization skills to ensure the team’s success. You must be an excellent motivator, be goal oriented and understand how to help your team achieve its objectives. You must have the ability to think outside the box, while seeking ways to improve processes. You must have the desire to drive the business forward while mentoring a team of investigators for future growth.

**What you will do**
- Demonstrate leadership while empowering all team members to lead at all levels
- Coach and mentor team members, providing them with support on their daily work including continuous feedback on performance
- Lead and coordinate investigations
- Provide feedback and direction on investigative plans
- Monitor and ensure that workloads for each team member are reasonable yet challenging while meeting client reporting needs
- Ensure quality levels are being met and identify where training and or process opportunity improvements may exist
- Ensure that each team member is improving in quality, efficiency, and knowledge
- Ensure the appropriate handling of all customer complaints
- Collaborate with other key Group Division areas to arrive at innovative customer solutions
- Provide feedback and recommendation on process improvement

**What you will bring**
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Related post-secondary education and/or a combination of education and more than 3 years’ experience in a leadership position managing direct reports
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in an environment with fluctuating work volumes
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability in providing superior customer service
- Strong diplomacy and negotiating skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment by collaborating, supporting, and motivating the team
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in leading or conducting investigations considered an asset
- Ability to speak French is considered an asset
