**THE OPPORTUNITY**

At Shift, all our psychologists are trained in our unique therapeutic protocol. We deliver origin-focused and results-driven psychological interventions. This means that we track metrics and outcomes to ensure our clients are receiving the highest standards of therapy. **We are looking to hire an contract Internal Clinical Supervisor and contract Registered Clinician to join our team to train, supervise and support our clinicians, as well as maintain a client caseload.**

- **Focus on your clients and supervisee's, we’ll do the rest**. This means finding you clients, scheduling, contacting clients, training, ongoing clinical development and more.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, and evaluate clinical staff, provisionally registered psychologists, coaches, and counselor's under your supervision.
- Chair consultation groups (for registered psychologists) and supervision groups (for provisionally registered psychologists).
- Supervision and assessments, and reporting on new staff readiness to practice to Operations Manager and Clinical Director.
- Identify the need for training interventions and materials, and notify the clinical director when observed.
