Responsibilities:

- Perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Job costing

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in governmental accounting practices
- Proficiency in payroll processing and related regulations
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices
- Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently
- Experience in account analysis and reconciliation

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
