**Your Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Systems Administrator, the Student, Information Technology supports the IT Department with their daily tasks such as supporting the IT Supervisor and Technical Analysts with troubleshooting, deployments, and other administrative duties. This position has opportunity to be exposed to the full scope of IT processes and infrastructure. Other responsibilities may include:

- Assist with preparation of new IT hardware (SCCM imaging and software deployment)
- Set up of new user profiles, support with onboarding activities, and initial user training
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system incidents and problems
- Provide support to Manager, IT and other IT staff as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary studies with a focus in information technology at an accredited university or technical school returning to school in the fall of 2024
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn

The preferred location for this position is based at our Bethune mine site, but may also be considered at our Saskatoon location.
