**Job Summary**

This position is responsible for setting up molds according to the job specifications. This includes rebar tying and installation, concrete pouring and using various methods for level. Additional responsibilities may include concrete patching, painting, and form tear-down/clean-up.

**Hours ** 7:00am - 5:00pm

**Remuneration Package includes**:

- Starting Wage of **$21.63** per hour
- Benefits after 3 months **paid in full by employer**:

- Work wear after 6 months

- Performance Assessments every 6 months

**Responsibilities will include the following**:

- Follow Faddis Precast work instructions to ensure safe work practices and quality products.
- Set up/assemble moulds.
- Place the rebar according to product to specification.
- Rake, level, tamp and screen concrete.
- Complete daily inspections on moulds and products
- Operate a concrete mixer.
- Unload product using overhead cranes.
- Clean moulds and batching equipment
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Train and assist other hourly employees as required.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Must have a safety-first approach to work.
- Able to bend, crouch, crawl and lift/push/pull 25-50lbs on a regular basis.
- Possess basic math and measuring skills and be able to read a tape-measure.
- Able to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- A team player, who functions well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to read and understand blueprints.
- Must be punctual, reliable and maintain a good attendance record.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, preferred.
- Experience operating a crane is an asset.
