THE ROLE: The full-time Auto Body Technician position is available at all five of our locations. The Auto Body Tech is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are repaired in a timely, efficient manner with the highest quality.

**Requirements**:
The Auto Body Technician is responsible for:

- Repairing vehicles to OEM specification
- Following company standard operating procedures
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace
- Producing a high volume of flat-rate hours
- Hold a Journeyman certificate
- Be comfortable in a team-oriented environment
- Have a strong work ethic, integrity and ambition to succeed
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Be able to prioritize and manage deadlines

Compensation:
$28-32/Hr depending on experience, wage negotiable. Flat rate pay structure with the option to be straight time for the probationary period of 3 months.

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
