As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll oversee the development and execution of sales and order forecasts working closely with our Finance, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams. Your role will be essential in coordinating our S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, managing CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) with both our internal leadership and external partners, and delivering actionable insights that support our growth and performance goals.

As a Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Duties**:

- Build and communicate the weekly inventory demand forecast for purchases and sell-through
- Monitor inventory levels, fill rates, inventory turnover metrics, and obsolete inventory
- Implement strategies to optimize levels, ensure product availability, and enhance inventory turnover
- Assist in implementation of demand planning strategies, focusing on improving inventory management
- Contribute cross-functionally to tasks such as new product introductions, lifecycle management, and commercial team projects
- Create and review key performance indicators, conduct trend analysis, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend revisions for continuous improvement
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Development and management of the supply chain processes, including sales channel risk and shipping performance from supplier partners

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Accounting
- 3 years of experience in Planning or Forecasting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google platforms and Office Suite

**Compensation**:
For this position, the typical hiring salary range falls between CAD$85,000 and $110,000 per year. The base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. CW’s compensation structure is rooted in a performance and merit-based approach that acknowledges the performance of both the individual and the team.
