Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Adoption Specialist who has experience in the Architectural, Engineering, Construction industry segments. You will report to the Informed Design Operations Manager and you will be hybrid office worker, working remote except when meeting colleagues at the nearest office or visiting customer locations.

To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about AEC and the transformation that Industrialized Construction and productization will bring to the industry. You are a passionate advocate for customer needs and have the desire to build product and technology awareness among customers, partners, and IC partners.

**Responsibilities**:
- Establish relationships with our customers and ensure their success in the onboarding, implementation, and usage of Informed Design- Coordinate plans and strategies with internal account teams with the goal of enhancing other Autodesk teams understanding IC and Informed Design- Learn and understand customer workflows, help them identify and map to potential new processes by using Informed Design- Develop customer success plans, implement adoption strategies and validate customer value- Implement Informed Design programmes including customer managing onboarding, developing and delivering training, support with product usage- Give professional presentations and demonstrations, and lead adoption discussions- Represent Autodesk and Informed Design to build awareness with customers to generate scalability of Autodesk solutions- Design creative and thoughtful ways to engage with customers using a variety of platforms to increase adoption- Deliver a variety of content and training materials to customers both online and in person-
- Partner with marketing to identify, document and publish customer success stories

Minimum Qualifications- Comprehensive knowledge of the built asset lifecycle including Revit and BIM tools- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction field- 5+ years' experience in customer adoption, implementation, support, or equivalent- Present and engage both internally and externally- Experience analyzing customer workflows, problem solving and facilitation skills- Experience communicating complex workflows coherently to a live or virtual audience- Enthusiasm for helping customers, and passionate about great customer experiences- BA/BS in Technology Management, AEC Industry, or equivalent experience- You are people-centric; you want to help and serve our customers- You are driven, have a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow. You seek out help and put it to good use- You are influential and value consensus-building- You have empathy for customers, understand their pain points and able to identify solutions
