Games To Go Hiring Game Coaches (Part-time/Full-time)

Games To Go is looking to hire part-time and full-time Game Coaches This involves running video game-themed birthday parties for kids on our gaming trucks in the Ottawa area

Parties take place throughout the week and on the weekends. Weekend availability preferred.

Compensation:
As a game coach you will receive $18.5/hour + tips. You will also likely be offered pizza, cake, and other fun party snacks by the clients

**Requirements**:

- [ ] A high school diploma.
- [ ] A valid driver's license.
- [ ] Experience driving a truck and trailer (or at least the willingness to learn how to).

Nice-To-Haves:

- [ ] Prior experience working with kids.
- [ ] A passion for video games.
- [ ] A friendly attitude for customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- [ ] Drive to the designated truck and trailer location and inspect the vehicle prior to setting off.
- [ ] Pre-plan your route between parties and call each client in advance to confirm the party details.
- [ ] Operate and maintain the generator as needed.
- [ ] Drive safely and arrive early with enough time to set up the video game consoles.
- [ ] Handle monetary transactions with the clients.
- [ ] Assist the kids as needed by setting them up with video game controllers, jumping in to play video games with them, and leading the party with enthusiasm

- [ ] Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- [ ] Willing to learn.
- [ ] Comfortable driving a truck and trailer.
- [ ] Has patience to work with kids and clients.
- [ ] Punctual and reliable.
- [ ] Likes video games.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
