We’re looking for someone with a Experience operating heavy machinery is nice to have. Bonus points for certifications Precision, hand-eye coordination, and a knack for getting things level are your middle names. You dig working with others and understand that construction is a collaborative effort. You take precautions seriously and believe accidents are preventable, not inevitable. You're not afraid to think outside the (construction) box and find solutions when things get tricky. : You bring a can-do spirit and infectious enthusiasm to the job site.

**Your Role**:
But this isn’t just about pushing dirt (although you'll be a pro at that too). You'll be collaborating with a passionate team, solving problems on the fly, and mastering the latest technology. This is a chance to wear multiple hats (hard hats, of course) and be more than just an operator

You'll be a builder, an innovator, and a key player in shaping the future operating our construction equipment (Boom Truck, Directional Drill, Locator, Screw Pile Installation, Cable Plowing, Dozer, Hydrovac, Trenching).

You'll be a team player who can collaborate with a tight-knit crew to overcome challenges and celebrate each accomplishment.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
