Personal Trainer

We are looking for a highly passionate, organized and professional personal trainer to join our team at OneUp Fitness in our Bedford Location.

This is a full time and permanent personal trainer position who will assume a role as an expert resistance training coach that will work one on one with our clients in a semi-private strength studio with innovative equipment.

OneUp Fitness is a top tier personal training studio that was established in 2014. We deliver high-end, evidence based resistance training workouts that consistently deliver excellent results to our clients in a very efficient manner.

General Responsibilities:

- Instruct personalized fitness training sessions to clients based on their goals, fitness levels, and abilities
- Develop customized workout plans, monitor progress, and deliver regular feedback
- Educate clients on proper exercise theory, techniques and form
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Conduct initial fitness consultations for prospective clients and complete sales transactions for fitness packages and services
- Manage respective client caseload and scheduling
- Provide guidance to clients regarding healthy lifestyle choices

We primarily serve busy professionals and parents who struggle to find the time to stay consistent with an exercise program.

As well as those individuals who don’t like the traditional gym setting but value improving their strength and fitness as they age in a comfortable and professional environment.

We offer a friendly, non-competitive, team based and professional environment to work, grow and learn. Trainers are treated with respect and given a reasonable amount of autonomy in their work. We also host quarterly socials and in-person team meetings for team building and continuing education.

We are looking for a personal trainer who can work the following hours:
Mondays: 7:30-2:30

Tuesdays: 11-7

Wednesdays: 11-6

Thursdays: 11-7

Fridays: --> 10-6

Total starting Hours = 38 hours / week
