**Department Summary**

Parking Services is responsible for the delivery and oversight of parking services to the campus community.

**Position summary**

This position reports to the Client Services Administrator (CSA) of Parking Services. The main duties are to sell parking to the university community including staff, students and visitors. This position is expected to understand and describe the use of all parking areas on campus and how payment is made at these locations (Honk, U Park Pay Stations).

**Duties**
- Sell vehicle and bicycle parking permits to students, staff, faculty and visitors as well as outside contractors
- Accept payments of citations and other parking related sales
- Facilitate online permit sales
- Maintain customer records including updating customer information
- Support events booking desk staff by issuing visitor coupon payment codes through flex parking software system
- Maintain wait lists
- Data entry of received payments

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum education required for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent with training in office administration.
- Computer proficiency is a must including MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google.
- The position requires a diplomatic personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple demands.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- An understanding of Parking Operations systems is a strong asset including the ability to navigate software such as T2 FlexPort and Iris, Honk, and Genetec Camera system software.
