**Your tasks at a glance**
- You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
- You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
- You work closely with Optometrists.
- You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
- You confirm by phone post-operative appointments.
- You will be cross-trained to work in other clinic positions, such as Receptionist.

- You are comfortable traveling between all 3 of our clinics in Edmonton
- ** Schedule**: You are available to work Monday to Friday 8 am -4:30 pm, with availability to work Saturdays in rotation.
