**About the Role**:
The **Manager, Sync & Licensing **manages drafting and invoicing aspects of Music
Licensing, working with legal on any requested redlines, routing for signature and
finalizing fully executed licenses. This role is also key in managing writer/client
relations, as is liaising with Performing Rights Organizations, Mechanical Rights
Agencies, Record Labels and licensees on all aspects of Anthem Entertainment’s
licensing & copyrights.

**Key Responsibilities**:
the Manager, Sync & Licensing drafts synchronization agreements, and manages the
contract and invoicing aspects of Music Licensing. This role is also key in managing
writer/client relations, as is liaising with Performing Rights Organizations, Mechanical
Rights Agencies, Record Labels and licensees on all aspects of Anthem Entertainment’s
licensing & copyrights.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven sync licensing and reproduction licensing experience
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, word, etc.)
- A strong understanding of Publishing and Master rights clearance
- Strong ability to manage effective relationships with key contacts in the industry
- Knowledge and experience in interpretation of publishing, artist, management

and TV production contracts
- Skilled at performing multiple tasks simultaneously and carrying out duties in a

timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt and change as needed
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
