**Blue Orchid is a unique company where we specialize in gardens only. (NO LAWN CARE)**

**We are looking for people who truly love working outdoors and like to get dirty**

**We have beautiful properties in Innisfil, Barrie, Shanty Bay and Midhurst, so a vehicle is required.**

**For the upcoming 2024 season, we are looking for EXPERIENCED people with a good knowledge of plants and flowers, and an understanding of basic landscaping tasks.**

**There will be a probationary period where after a review of experience and work ethic, wage adjustments may be discussed.**

**Ability to lift 50lbs to do tasks such as, lifting, raking, mulching, digging, edging, moving waste bags, planting, trimming, pruning and other landscaping tasks.**

**Must work well with others and on your own. (good communication skills)**

**Must be willing to learn and love working outdoors, in all weather conditions.**

**Must be willing to provide a criminal check is required**

**MUST HAVE PLANT KNOWLEGDE**

**Must have proper/appropriate clothing. Work shirts will be provided**

**Must have a vehicle**

**THIS IS A SUB-CONTRACTOR POSITION**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
