We are seeking a **Millwork Shop Laborer** to join our growing team.

**What you will do**:
This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform general yard maintenance tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard area, including snow removal.
- Assist in the handling and movement of raw materials, lumber, and finished millwork products within the shop.
- Collaborate with team members to organize and prepare materials for production.
- Operate various tools and machinery, such as forklifts, telehandlers, etc.
- Support machine operators in the setup and operation of various woodworking machinery.
- Assist in the proper loading and unloading of materials into machines.
- Participate in the assembly of millwork components, including frames, doors, and other customized products.
- Assist in the finishing process, such as sanding, staining, and painting, to achieve high-quality final products.
- Work closely with other team members, including carpenters, machine operators, and supervisors, to meet production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Your experience**:

- Previous experience in yard work or maintenance position.
- Experience operating a Forklift.
- Familiarity with operating equipment for movement of heavy and sensitive items in yard and loading and unloading trucks.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in measurements, cuts, and assembly processes.
- Previous experience in a woodworking or millwork environment is an asset but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
