**Full Job Description**
WAU Immigration is a dynamic immigration company that parts of a big group. WAU Immigration offers a wide range of immigration / business consultancy services to clients and employers. Currently WAU Immigration is looking for HR Administrator
- PART TIME ( Saturday Only). Recent graduates with an HR Certificate/ Degree are welcome
**About the Job**:
As a key member of Group’s HR department, the HR Administrator is responsible for performing a range of important HR functions within the organization. The HR Administrator will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and general HR admin responsibilities.
- Onboarding of new hires
- Employee Relations - Assist with effective employee relations, inquiries about various policies and procedures etc.
- HR administration - Assist with updating and maintaining employee files, producing key HR reports, preparing documents, offer letters, termination packages
- Understanding of Canadian labor law - Employment Standards act, Occupational Health and Safety Act)
**About YOU**
- HR related Degree or Certificate
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience or recently completed your HR Certification and are motivated to hit the ground running
- You have a willingness to learn and are a team player.
- Knowledge of HR-related principles and best working practices and procedures, employment standards legislation, and other regulatory requirements
- Excellent organization and professional communication skills with proven problem-solving skills
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
- You are available to work in-office, Saturday from 9am - 5pm
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
