Support Intermediate Accounting II in person at Main Campus through grading, proctoring, and student contact during the 2027 Winter Semester.
The University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management seeks one Teaching Assistant for ADM3340. The work runs January 4 through April 30, 2027, with 60 total hours. Responsibilities include giving DGDs, maintaining records, grading midterm examinations, and proctoring exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Give DGDs for Intermediate Accounting II
- Maintain course records accurately
- Grade midterm examinations using established rubrics
- Provide clear, structured feedback
- Proctor examinations during the semester
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Intermediate Accounting
- Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.5
- Minimum A- grade in ADM3340 or equivalent
- Current IFRS and Canadian ASPE knowledge
- Ability to meet strict deadlines efficiently
