Production Operator plays a vital role in contributing to the production of high-quality livestock feed through the operations of bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping activities at Rosenort, MB. This position supports uninterrupted production operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues. Operate production machinery and identify areas to optimize production performance Ensure quality and food safety standards are met Meet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activities Execute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipment Promote awareness of any unsafe situation and take appropriate action 2
- 3 years of manufacturing experience is an asset Good computer skills Ability to work in 6 am -2 pm or 2 pm – 10 pm You’ll also need This is a rotating shift work position of night, evening and days to cover a 24 hour day – 5 days per week with over-time as needed.
