We're looking for a Construction Survey Party Chief in Edmonton, AB to lead one of our construction survey crews. Ideally, you have construction survey experience and want to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company. Lead construction surveys across Western Canada, including layout of facilities, piles and grading Run precise layout and control surveys Mentor and guide survey assistants on your crew Keep clear, accurate field notes, records and calculations Follow safety protocols and set the standard for your crew Work outdoors in all seasons and weather Travel for field rotations of up to 21 days A geomatics diploma or degree from a technical college Experience leading a construction survey crew Experience with precise layout and control surveys Experience on industrial and commercial construction sites Team Player: you put the team first, help where it's needed and follow through Creative Problem Solver: you look for better ways to get the job done Hands-on mentorship and one-on-one training with experienced colleagues across the field and office Flexible health spending account Life insurance and travel health coverage Paid safety training relevant to your role (e.g.,
