Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate prescriptions therapeutically for resident health
• Monitor and document patient medication profiles
• Facilitate compounding and unit-dose preparations
• Deliver clinical services aligned with Alberta standards
• Involve in educational and community-driven initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
• Licensed to practice in Canada
• Registration with Alberta College of Pharmacists
• Strong team-oriented skills
