Key Responsibilities
Lead, hire, and develop Directors, architects, and engineering teams Make AI-assisted development, testing, review, and operations standard practice Run experiments with baselines, metrics, and clear decisions Own quality, releases, uptime, incidents, security operations, and cloud cost Shape architecture, modernization, roadmap delivery, and customer escalations
Requirements:
12+ years software engineering experience 5+ years engineering leadership and 2+ years managing managers Experience leading multi-team organizations across separate codebases Experience owning B2B SaaS production operations through teams Production use and multi-team adoption of AI coding assistants Bring executive engineering leadership, AI adoption, SaaS operations, and reliability ownership to CXT Software's remote organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
