Enhance clients' quality of life as a Client Programming Coordinator with SaskAbilities. Oversee individualized programming delivery while supporting goal achievement and decision-making in a compassionate environment. In this vital role, you will facilitate person-centered planning at the Kilburn Quality of Life location. Collaborating with clients, you'll create strategies tailored to their goals, coordinate meetings, and provide ongoing support. Additionally, you'll supervise Support Workers and Mentors to ensure seamless program implementation and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized plans for each client
- Implement strategies supporting clients' goal achievement
- Coordinate and facilitate planning meetings
- Liaise regularly with client support systems
- Supervise and direct Support Workers and Mentors
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High degree of conflict resolution ability
