- Foster customer engagement through product promotions
- Maintain operational standards and control shrink
- Utilize sales reports to refine strategies
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management
- Strong operational and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED; a degree is an asset
- Capability to meet physical requirements of the role
- Flexibility to adapt to retail changes
