Collaborate with the team to ensure that each event exceeds guest expectations while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct culinary actions for catering events
• Review menus, guest counts, and special requests
• Formulate production and prep plans for events
• Oversee staffing based on event complexity
• Ensure quality standards for food presentation

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in catering or banquet environments
• Mandatory: FOODSAFE Level 1 certification
• Driver’s license preferred for travel purposes
• Strong skills in organization and communication
