Key Responsibilities:
- Execute wiring and assembly to specified standards
- Prepare equipment for testing and quality reviews
- Conduct inspections to verify conformance
- Keep workspaces clean and adhere to protocols
- Support team objectives through collaboration
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum one year of electrical manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic electrical systems knowledge essential
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks
