Deliver virtual training and coaching as a Learning and Development Training Specialist based in Ontario, Canada, using adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
At Aspire Lifestyles, this facilitation-focused specialist brings curriculum to life remotely for adult learners. You will facilitate new hire, specialty, ongoing, and client-specific training. The work also includes post-training support, certification activities, and alignment with client expectations and Aspire service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual new hire, specialty, ongoing, and client-specific training
- Coordinate scheduling, virtual setup, access, attendance, and LMS administration
- Administer knowledge checks, evaluations, and certification activities
- Provide coaching and on-the-job support during live-call transitions
- Share learning effectiveness feedback with program stakeholders
Requirements:
- Located in Ontario, Canada
- Three or more years leading, coaching, or supporting teams
- Adult learning, classroom management, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Comfort with virtual platforms, LMS, and training tools
- Professional English communication and flexible, adaptable availability
