- Manage bed allocation and patient registrations daily
- Ensure data integrity and accurate census reporting
- Maintain strong communication with health team members
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Support a safe culture and infection control measures
- Graduate of Medical Office Administration Program
- Experience in bed allocation and data entry
- Strong keyboarding skills (60 wpm/95% accuracy)
- Medical Terminology Certificate required
- Advanced bilingualism in English and French preferred
