Key Responsibilities
Conduct title searches and review title documents Draft and register Land Title Office forms Coordinate closing matters with real estate professionals Arrange deposits of trust funds and trust payments Report transaction completion to clients and third parties
Requirements:
Three to five-plus years of relevant real estate law experience Expertise in residential real estate transactions Experience acting for mortgage lenders and borrowers Proficiency in BC Online, Worldox, and myLTSA Understanding of BC registration requirements and e-filing Apply your conveyancing, mortgage transaction, and Land Title Office expertise within Vancouver's established Real Estate Department.
