Product Planning Manager

Shape EQ3’s product strategy in Winnipeg through design judgment, commercial insight, and cross-functional product development leadership. This on-site position guides collections from concept through lifecycle management. As Director of Product Development, you will lead strategy and planning across EQ3’s portfolio. You will create roadmaps, interpret customer and market insights, and guide materials, construction, features, launches, and assortment performance. Reporting to the President, you will support profitable growth through coordinated decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy, planning, and lifecycle management across EQ3 Develop roadmaps with priorities, milestones, and deliverables Translate research and feedback into development briefs Guide materials, construction, quality, comfort, and cost decisions Present product direction, progress, business cases, and risks

Requirements:
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience Record developing and launching successful products Strong commercial judgment using research and performance data Leadership skills influencing and aligning cross-functional teams Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency Bring portfolio strategy, commercial judgment, and product leadership to EQ3’s Winnipeg-based furniture business and customer experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
