Intermediate Dynatrace Specialist to further develop a Dynatrace Solution in the Public Sector

Our client partner is seeking an experienced Dynatrace Specialist to act as a SME, identify monitoring gaps, and recommend solutions and best practices to support performance and availability goals. Responsibilities: The Dynatrace Specialist will be responsible for managing, and customizing Dynatrace to provide real-time visibility into our systems' performance. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology stack's optimal performance and reliability. Assist in the integration of Dynatrace into existing Web Applications to optimize performance Assessed application performance requirements and configured Dynatrace thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and AI problem cards to align with operational objectives Monitored key business transactions across non-production and production environments, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving performance and monitoring-related issues to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency. Led Dynatrace configuration and tuning efforts, including agent instrumentation and installation, to ensure accurate performance tracking and alerting. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with DevOps, Development, QA, and other IT teams to ensure that performance considerations are integrated throughout the development lifecycle. Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to other team members on Dynatrace best practices. Must Haves: 8+ years of professional experience in IT with extensive experience in performing Application Performance Management, Performance Tuning, Code Profiling. Experience installing, configuring, and monitoring Dynatrace end to end is highly desired Nice to have: Dynatrace Certified Associate, Dynatrace, Online certification considered an asset but not required Remote opportunity Secret clearance Disclaimer: AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
