Avoir joué le rôle de chef de file pour tous les livrables techniques et fait le point sur l'état d'avancement du projet avec les parties prenantes. Connaissance de Power Automate / Power Apps Connaissance pratique des stratégies de déploiement et de la gestion des mises à jour du système. Plus de 3 ans de travail au sein d'une équipe de développement D365 performante. Anglophone Savoir Faire/être Solides compétences en communication Expérience du contact avec les clients Atouts Connaissance de Azure Data Factory (ADF) Connaissance de Microsoft Service Buss et Manage Identity Une certification professionnelle dans Dynamics 365 (Fundamentals, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Leads Generation); Une connaissance de la méthodologie Scrum et des travaux antérieurs dans un environnement agile constituent un atout ; Bilingue (français et anglais) est un atout. Description du poste : Le client est à la recherche d'un spécialiste CRM Dynamics qui sera en contact avec les principaux intervenants et qui appliquera ses compétences fonctionnelles et techniques à différentes étapes du cycle de vie du développement logiciel, y compris l'obtention des exigences, la définition et la conception de l'architecture d'application ; il jouera un rôle important dans le support des unités d'affaire et le fournisseur externe lors des opérations quotidiennes. A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien: Diriger des ateliers de collecte des exigences et créer une documentation détaillée des exigences. Aider à la définition des besoins d'affaires et des définitions de processus qui constituent l'épine dorsale des déploiements de D365 CRM. Collaborer avec l'équipe technique tout au long de la mise en œuvre pour assurer la réussite du projet. Maintenir des communications ouvertes, être en contact direct avec le client, diriger des réunions, et saisir les points d'action. Contribuer à l'élaboration des plans de projet, des estimations et de la portée des besoins d'affaire. Aider à configurer le système afin d'établir des pilotes. === The candidate must have the following qualifications: Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365; Experience applying CRM best practices for the Sales, Service, and Lead Generation modules; Experience acting as a technical lead for all technical deliverables and providing project status updates to stakeholders; Knowledge of Power Automate / Power Apps; Practical knowledge of deployment strategies and system update management; More than 3 years of experience working within a high-performing D365 development team. English-speaking Skills / Competencies Strong communication skills; Experience working directly with clients. Assets Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF); Knowledge of Microsoft Service Bus and Managed Identity; A professional certification in Dynamics 365 (Fundamentals, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Lead Generation); Knowledge of the Scrum methodology and prior experience working in an agile environment are considered an asset; bilingual (French and English) is an asset. Job Description: The client is seeking a Dynamics CRM specialist who will work closely with key stakeholders and apply functional and technical expertise across various stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, application architecture definition and design. The role will play an important part in supporting business units and the external vendor during day-to-day operations. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead requirements-gathering workshops and create detailed requirements documentation; Assist in defining business needs and process definitions that form the backbone of D365 CRM deployments; Collaborate with the technical team throughout implementation to ensure project success; Maintain open communication, interact directly with the client, lead meetings, and capture action items; Contribute to the development of project plans, estimates, and the scope of business requirements; Assist in configuring the system to establish pilot implementations.
