Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (French Version Below)

Introduction
In this position, you will promote NNCI's diabetes and obesity products. You will also establish strategic business relationships with primary care physicians and other targeted professionals such as obesity and diabetes nurse educators, nurse practitioners and pharmacists, as well as other relevant healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements and maintains territory business plan to drive sales results with target audiences; regularly informs Sales Manager of territory activities, market trends and issues.
- Analyzes sales data to determine progress and identify opportunities for improvement; incorporates data into territory plan.
- Tailors sales visits to the needs and opportunities of targeted healthcare providers.
- Organizes and conducts product training sessions within budget guidelines.
- Liaises with pharmacists and medical clinics to ensure appropriate and optimal use of products.
- Attends conferences, symposia and seminars to promote the company's products and provide up-to-date information to customers, as well as to obtain and share market intelligence where appropriate.
- Demonstrates leadership at national sales meetings, district meetings and training programs
- Manages territory CME budgets and standard budgets
- Provides leadership in addressing district and corporate objectives (sharing best business practices, presenting at regional meetings, temporary coverage of vacant territories, etc.).
- May be called upon by district and head office to impleme or lead regional initiatives
- May participate in cross-functional teams upon request
Qualifications:
- University degree
- At least five years' experience in pharmaceutical or related field
- Usual office space is at home
- Will be required to travel frequently in the region and occasionally for more than 24 hours.
- This position requires fluency in spoken and written French.

Introduction
En occupant ce poste, vous ferez la promotion des produits NNCI en diabète et en obésité. Vous établirez aussi des relations d'affaires stratégiques avec les médecins de soins primaires et d'autres professionnels ciblés comme les infirmières éducatrices en obésité et diabète, les infirmières praticiennes et les pharmacien(ne)s ainsi qu'avec d'autres professionnel(le)s de la santé pertinents.
Responsabilités:
- Élabore, met en œuvre et tient à jour le plan d'affaires du territoire afin de stimuler les résultats des ventes auprès des publics cibles ; informe régulièrement le (la) gérant(e) de ventes des activités, des tendances du marché et des problèmes liés au territoire.
- Analyse les données sur les ventes pour déterminer les progrès et identifier les possibilités d'amélioration ; incorpore les données dans le plan du territoire.
- Personnalise les visites commerciales en fonction des besoins des fournisseurs de soins de santé ciblés et des occasions qui se présentent avec ceux-ci.
- Organise et dirige des séances de formation sur les produits dans le respect des lignes directrices budgétaires.
- Assure la liaison avec les pharmaciens et les cliniques médicales pour assurer une utilisation appropriée et optimale des produits
- Assiste à des conférences, des symposiums et des séminaires afin de promouvoir les produits de l'entreprise et de fournir des renseignements à jour aux clients, ainsi que d'obtenir et de partager des renseignements sur le marché, le cas échéant
- Fait preuve de leadership lors des réunions nationales des ventes, des réunions de district et des programmes de formation
- Gère les budgets des activités de formation médicale continue du territoire et les budgets types
- Assure le leadership en s'attaquant aux objectifs du district et de l'entreprise (partage des pratiques commerciales exemplaires, présentation lors de réunions régionales, couverture temporaire des territoires vacants, etc.)
- Peut être appelé par le district et le siège social à mettre en œuvre ou à diriger des initiatives régionales
- Peut participer à des équipes interfonctionnelles sur demande
Expérience :
- Diplôme universitaire
- Au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique ou dans un domaine connexe
- Le bureau habituel se trouve à la maison.
- Le candidat sera amené à voyager fréquemment dans la région et occasionnellement pendant plus de 24 heures.
- Ce poste requiert la maîtrise du français parlé et écrit.
