Take charge of data collection operations as the Operations Team Lead, enhancing team performance and communication. This role emphasizes managing resources and improving workflows. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will oversee field staff, mentor employees, and provide insights on operational matters. You will coordinate logistics, strengthen relationships with external partners, and support continuous service improvement initiatives. This role is vital in reaching customer satisfaction and SLA targets while addressing urgent issues effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of data collection operations
- Conduct periodic reviews with teams and key stakeholders
- Facilitate team meetings for information dissemination
- Monitor and analyze performance trends for improvement
- Collaborate with partners on resource planning support
- Experience as a people manager or operational lead
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to perform in a high-paced environment
- Skill in analyzing data and developing action plans
- Flexibility to travel as needed
