Your key responsibilities will include promoting positive choices and maintaining cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with housing guidelines and orientation
- Guide personal hygiene practices and daily living activities
- Clean and prepare pods for new residents
- Observe and report changes in resident behavior
- Document intake, discharge, and policy breaches
- 6 months of related experience and community support worker diploma
- Valid First Aid and CPR-C certifications
- Food Safe Level One certification
- Naloxone and crisis intervention training
- High empathy and compassion for residents
