- Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton, ON, the Burgoyne Bridge in St. Catharines, ON, The Bow in Calgary, AB, and the Canadian Museum of Human Rights in Winnipeg, MB. We also ensure a positive, safe, collaborative work environment with ample personal and career development opportunities. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Material Handler will be responsible for but not limited to: Efficient and accurate movement of materials in and outside of plants. Rig, hoist and move materials to and from Walters yards. Assists in the movement of material in the plant/property by use of primarily heavy tow motor, crane, forklift, etc. Load planning and building. Loads and unloads trailers, as required, to Walters Standards. Performs housekeeping tasks as assigned. Working condition is primarily outdoors. Previous experience operating large tow motors, all terrain forklifts, and overhead cranes. Previous experience organizing shipping documents. Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
