Lead financial operations at Sienna as an Operations Finance Manager in Markham, Ontario. Oversee accounting processes, budgeting, and audits to support our mission of cultivating happiness in daily life. In this senior role, you will report to the Senior Director, Operations Finance. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of accountants and analysts, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and driving process improvements. This position requires strong financial acumen and leadership for successful integration of acquisitions and developments. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting for varied residences
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Drive system and process improvements
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Lead team engagement and mentor CPA students
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Experience in Big 4 or Public Accounting Firm
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
