As a personal injury firm, we sue large corporations on behalf of people who generally lack power. Our goal is to provide legal services that only the wealthiest people can afford to anyone regardless of their ability to pay. We consider our practice as more of a calling than a job and are looking for a lawyer who shares that same mindset.
As an associate lawyer at Preszler, you will be responsible for managing a full case load in a wide range of complex personal injury and civil litigation matters. Car accident claims
Premises liability claims
Historical sexual assault claims
Institutional abuse claims
Medical malpractice claims
Product liability claims
Preszler has a well‑developed trial and litigation team with lawyers of all seniority levels. Mentorship opportunities at trial and otherwise are provided to all associates.

Preszler is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all eligible candidates, including those traditionally underrepresented in the legal field.
Competitive compensation, extended health and dental benefits, and commission on settled files.
A national platform.
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
Demonstrated commitment to advocacy, social justice, or plaintiff‑side litigation.
Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
