Lead retail operations at Homesense in Brampton, using customer service and visual merchandising to create strong shopping experiences. Coordinate store activities at 30 Great Lakes Drive.
As a Retail Store Coordinator, you will guide Associates across customer service, merchandise processing, back room operations, and presentation. You will provide updates, align the team, and support store standards. The position also includes training Associates on service policies, procedures, merchandise presentation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across store service and processing areas
- Maintain customer service and store operation standards
- Plan, prioritize, and guide daily tasks
- Train Associates on service policies and procedures
- Create eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail or service experience
- Strong understanding of customer needs and operational processes
- Collaborative mindset supporting effective teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt
- Strong communication and time management skills
