- Provide mentorship to electrical designers
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related area
- Significant EPC or industrial project experience
- Expert knowledge of design systems like AutoCAD and MicroStation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Professional designations preferred
