Lead GARAGE store operations with sales leadership, fashion expertise, and customer focus while supporting the Store Manager daily.
As Assistant Manager, you help optimize sales results and create positive shopping experiences. You lead and inspire a high-performing team, support operational efficiency, and maintain brand presentation across sales floor and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager with all store operations
- Lead teams to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand directives
- Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Fulfill eCom orders and support inventory management
Requirements:
- High school diploma; business education is an asset
- Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion
- Passion for fashion and strong customer orientation
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
