We are looking for an individual with a proactive approach to maintenance. If you have experience troubleshooting along with a passion for ensuring everything runs smoothly, you might be the perfect fit for our team

To excel in this role, you should be:

• Minimum of two to three years previous experience considered an asset
• Completed Grade 12 education
• A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract, with access to a personal vehicle for travel between sites within the Acheson/Stony Plain area (mileage reimbursed)
• Valid 5th class power engineering ABSA ticket will be an asset
• Ownership of and ability to carry a sufficient set of tools to perform day-to-day maintenance tasks independently
• Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
• Basic command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Exceptional skills in communications, organizational, interpersonal and time management
• Plumbing and HVAC knowledge would be considered an asset
• Proven experience in exercising good judgement under pressure
• Physically fit, able to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time and lift in excess of 25 kilograms
• Carpentry/Construction skills considered an asset
• Strong customer care and communication skill
