GFL is seeking a skilled AZ Operator to manage the transportation of hazardous wastes from various customer sites. Candidates must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and be experienced with high-pressure water blasting between 15,000 to 40,000 psi. Daily tasks also include ensuring the roadworthiness of equipment and maintaining logs per regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cargo handling; secure loads safely
- Conduct trip inspections for safety standards
- Perform high-pressure water blasting as required
- Ensure loads are correctly positioned during transport
- Maintain accurate logs and records of operations
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (manual)
- Certification from an approved Truck Driving School
- Strong mechanical skills and vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Availability for overtime and weekend work
- Willingness to engage in hydro-blasting tasks
