Milton Quran Institute (MQI) is seeking a full-time Head Teacher to lead and oversee Qur'anic education at our institute in Milton, Ontario. This is a leadership role for a qualified hafiz with a strong educational background, authentic ijāzah, and proven experience managing teachers and academic programming. The successful candidate will guide students and staff with professionalism, ihsan, and a deep commitment to preserving and teaching the Qur'an. MQI has served families across Milton and the Halton Region since 2010. Requirements Hifz of the complete Qur'an (30 Juz) with authenticated, chain-connected ijāzah Minimum 5 years of professional Qur'anic or Islamic teaching experience Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, supervision, or team management Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational, administrative, and people management skills Deep personal commitment to Islamic values, professionalism, and community service
