Le poste L' assistant(e) gérant(e) aide le gérant de magasin à atteindre les objectifs de vente, à améliorer la performance des employés et à assurer un déroulement efficace des activités du magasin. L' assistant(e) gérant(e) doit diriger en donnant l'exemple et en inspirant son équipe à générer des ventes ainsi qu'à offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout en véhiculant l'image et la culture de l'entreprise. En l'absence du gérant de magasin, l' assistant(e) gérant(e) supervise toutes les activités du magasin. Responsabilités : Aider à la mise en œuvre de stratégies visant à atteindre les objectifs du magasin en matière de ventes et de contrôle des coûts. Superviser toutes les activités du magasin, notamment : les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture, la propreté du magasin, le réapprovisionnement et le marchandisage, le service à la clientèle et la supervision de l'équipe. Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et encadrer l'équipe en conséquence. Se conformer à toutes les demandes du siège social concernant les activités du magasin. Traiter les achats à la caisse. Respecter toutes les politiques de l'entreprise. Aider le gérant de magasin à faire en sorte que les normes et standards soient respectées, conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes selon les directives du gérant de magasin. Qualifications : Au moins un an d'expérience dans un rôle de leadership dans la vente au détail Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent Excellentes capacités de vente et de service à la clientèle Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en établissement de priorités Solides aptitudes pour la communication et solides habiletés interpersonnelles Capacité de déléguer des tâches et d'assumer ses responsabilités Capacité de diriger une équipe d'une façon positive et inclusive Exigences physiques : Capacité de travailler debout pendant de longues périodes et de grimper une échelle Déplacer, soulever et manipuler des boîtes de marchandise et des fixtures dans le magasin (poids pouvant aller jusqu'à 13,6 kg). Exigences de disponibilité : Jours, soirées et fins de semaine. Cette description de poste ne se veut pas exhaustive.
