Lead integration projects at a high level with hands-on technical leadership in Vancouver. We seek a Tech Lead Manager to drive excellence in scalable infrastructure and people management. In this role, you will establish and execute a technical vision for distributed systems while managing a talented team of engineers. Your focus will be on designing reliable data pipelines and ensuring integration capabilities meet business needs. Expect to influence architectural decisions and foster a positive team culture through coaching and mentorship. Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable integration infrastructure for near real-time synchronization
- Engage in coding, performance optimization, and code reviews
- Manage team growth through hiring, feedback, and personal development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for robust solutions
- Drive best practices in code quality and observability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 8+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years tech lead or people management experience
- Expertise in building integration systems and data pipelines
- Proficiency in TypeScript and NestJS
