As a Service Dispatcher, you will oversee the coordination of service jobs, assign tasks to technicians, and utilize an ERP system to manage work orders. Your efforts will ensure that customer needs are met effectively and that exceptional service is maintained. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service jobs for technicians
- Manage work orders using an ERP system efficiently
- Utilize service scheduler to prioritize appointments
- Communicate with Service and Parts teams proactively
- Maintain effective communication with customers
- Previous dispatching or scheduling experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
