Drive healthcare innovation as a Field Application Scientist at Revvity, with a focus on EUROIMMUN instrumentation and customer training. This role is pivotal in ensuring product performance and client satisfaction. Located in Mississauga or Montreal, this position requires a Bachelor’s degree or a Medical Laboratory Sciences diploma with 1-2+ years of laboratory experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating installations, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing troubleshooting support. Your expertise will facilitate important interactions between our business team and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of EUROIMMUN products and techniques
- Coordinate installations and system validations
- Conduct preventive maintenance for optimal performance
- Assist customers with validation studies and data evaluation
- Provide application support to all departments
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences
- 1-2+ years of relevant laboratory experience
- Bilingual in French
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Willingness to travel overnight 40-50%
