This role requires a university degree in Accounting and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, specifically in manufacturing environments. Key responsibilities include cost analysis, budgeting, inventory monitoring, and providing actionable insights to seniors through clear communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in monthly and annual budgeting processes
- Analyze and summarize labor variances in production
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and advise on stock levels
- Identify cost optimization opportunities in production orders
- Prepare KPIs and present results to senior management
- University degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of cost analysis experience
- Advanced analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Functional French knowledge is an asset
